If your event involves children under the age of 18 please understand our Child Protection Policy below.

1. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography provides the event photography service to individuals, families, corporate, non-profit organisations, event organisers or academic institutions ON REQUEST ONLY.
2. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography will not take pictures of children under the age of 18 without the permission of their parents or guardians.
3. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography will not have sole access to children.
4. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography will only use verbal communication to pose children for photographs.
5. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography will not upload children’s photographs onto its website without the permission of their parents or guardians or the event organisers.
6. TRICK Media t/as Sydney Event Photography will not sell or give any images of children to any individual, press or organisation without the permission of their parents or guardians or the event organisers.
7. No personal details including name, address or email will be accredited to any image in the website gallery.
